Siropul de artar este unul dintre indulcitorii care reprezinta o alternativa buna pentru inlocuirea zaharului, daca este consumat cu moderatie.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indulcitorii naturali de calitate, cum este si <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/indulcitori\/sirop-artar\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">siropul de artar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, contin niveluri mai ridicate de substante nutritive benefice, antioxidanti si fitochimici, spre deosebire de zaharul de masa alb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand se consuma in cantitati adecvate, avantajele siropului de artar sunt legate de reducerea inflamatiei, furnizarea substantelor nutritive si o gestionare corecta a zaharului din sange. Afla din randurile de mai jos beneficiile siropului de artar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Contine numerosi antioxidanti<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spre deosebire de zaharul rafinat, siropul de artar are o capacitate antioxidanta mult mai mare. Studiile au aratat ca siropul de artar pur contine pana la 24 de antioxidanti diferiti. Acesti antioxidanti, sub forma de compusi fenolici, sunt folositori pentru reducerea daunelor provocate de radicalii liberi care pot provoca inflamatii si pot contribui la formarea diferitelor boli cronice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opteaza pentru siropurile de artar din clasa B, care sunt mai inchise la culoare, deoarece acestea contin mai multi antioxidanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Are indice glicemic scazut<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaharul rafinat si carbohidratii rafinati, in general, sunt cunoscuti ca sunt foarte repede metabolizati de ficat, provocand o \u201ccrestere a zaharului\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul mare de zahar creste rapid glicemia si insulina. Cu timpul apare o scadere a raspunsului insulinei, dar si dificultati de gestionare a glucozei din sange, motiv pentru care se dezvolta diabetul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este important de stiut ca un consum mare de zahar din orice sursa, este una dintre cauzele principale ale unor probleme de sanatate raspandite precum obezitatea, diabetul de tip 2, bolile cardiace. Pe cat posibil, este bine sa fie evitat zaharul rafinat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Lupta impotriva bolilor inflamatorii<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deoarece siropul de artar contine compusi polifenolici, raspunzatori pentru reducerea inflamatiei, face astfel parte dintr-o alimentatie sanatoasa. Siropul de artar contribuie prin urmare la prevenirea anumitor boli cum ar fi artrita, boala inflamatorie intestinala sau boala cardiaca. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Ajuta la protejarea sanatatii pielii<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multe persoane folosesc siropul de artar pentru uz extern, direct pe piele. In mod similar cu mierea, siropul de artar poate ajuta la scaderea inflamatiei pielii, roseata, pete si uscaciune. Combinat cu lapte crud sau iaurt, se obtine o masca care poate hidrata pielea, reducand in acelasi timp bacteriile si semnele de iritare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Intareste sistemul imunitar<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lipsa zincului si a mineralelor ar putea duce cu usurinta la o reducere a numarului de celule albe din sange, ceea ce afecteaza buna functionare a sistemului imunitar. Suplimentarea acestor minerale este singura modalitate cunoscuta de a restabili nivelul lor.
