Zaharul totusi este nociv pentru organismul nostru, nu aduce niciun aport nutritiv, ci doar caloric, iar acestea sunt dezavantajele pe care le putem vedea pe termen scurt. Pe termen lung, obezitatea si diabetul fac parte din rezultatele\u00a0 pe care le are consumul de zahar, mai ales daca vorbim despre un consum peste media normala.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din fericire, grija pentru o alimentatie sanatoasa si atentia indreptata spre mentinerea unei greutati corporale normale, a condus omenirea catre studii ce au in vedere obtinerea unor indulcitori, cu proprietati similare zaharului, in ceea ce priveste gustul, insa care sa nu aiba efecte negative asupra organismului si care sa fie cat mai naturali. Alaturi de stevie, miere si sirop de artar, natura ne ofera si beneficiile xylitolului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xylitolul este un produs natural, cu continut scazut de calorii, care se gaseste in anumite concentratii in diferite aliemente. Porumbul, fructele sau cojile de alune si nuci au un continut ridicat de xylitol, ceea ce face ca aceste alimente sa fie recomandate de cele mai multe ori chiar si in cazul curelor de slabire. Totusi, data fiind industrializarea, aceste produse isi mai pierd din naturalete si tocmai de aceea majoritatea beneficiarilor <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/indulcitori\/xylitol-xilit\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cumpara xylitol<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> direct din magazine specializate. In acest fel, pe langa o alimentatie sanatoasa, putem folosi si xylitol ca atare, pe care sa il consumam in diferite ipostaze, in anumite preparate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Care sunt avantajele xylitolului?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xylitolul este un indulcitor natural, care poate fi folosit pentru a substituii cu succes zaharul. Acest supliment este mult mai sanatos decat zaharul si nu are aport de calorii, drept pentru care poate fi folosit fara probleme, atat de persoanele care vor sa slabeasca cat si de persoanele care vor sa isi pastreze o greutate optima. De asemenea, xylitolul poate fi folosit si de catre persoanele care sufera din cauza diabetului, acest supliment avand proprietati benefice asupra organismului \u00a0functionand si ca indulcitor. El poate fi folosit ca atare sau in diverse preparate, aducand un aport de gust care in mod cert va fi apreciat de catre toata lumea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xylitolul mai este binecunoscut pentru rolul sau antibacterian, deoarece proprietatile sale imbunatatesc imunitatea organismului. Astfel vom fi mai sanatosi, feriti de raceli sau de afectiuni ale aparatului auditiv sau respirator. Este foarte important sa prevenim aceste afectiuni, deoarece ele pot cauza anumite sensibilitati care in timp vor conduce catre imbolnaviri frecvente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comparativ cu alti indulcitori, xylitolul este un produs cu foarte putine calorii, iar persoanele care il folosesc spun despre el ca este un produs ce poate fi folosit atat in ceaiuri, cat si in cafea. Cafeaua de cele mai multe ori ramane sursa de zahar la care nimeni nu poate renunta. Este bine de stiut insa ca se poate renunta la zahar, deoarece xylitolul nu va modifica gustul cafelei ci ii va pastra acesteia aroma binecunoscuta, pentru care este atat de apreciata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest indulcitor trebuie consumat cu moderatie, pentru ca respectand de fapt dozele recomandate, el va aduce avantaje si beneficii pe termen lung organismului. Xylitolul face parte din gama poli-alcoolilor si este un produs care poate fi metabolizat rapid si eficient de catre organismul uman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grija fata de propria sanatate este un fenomen in continua crestere in aceasta era moderna, ceea ce este de admirat si sustinut. In definitiv, cu totii ne dorim sa ne simtim bine in pielea noastra, iar de cele mai multe ori acest lucru se afla in stransa legatura cu felul in care noi ne ocupam de propriul organism.
