Are foarte putine calorii, cu circa 60% mai putine calorii decat zaharul obisnuit, astfel ca va avea efecte reduse asupra cresterii in greutate. In plus, acest indulcitor tagatesse are un indice glicemic foarte mic, putand fi consumat chiar si de bolnavii de diabet sau alte boli grave. De asemenea, spre deosebire de zahar, tagatoza nu afecteaza sanatatea dentara, nu vor aparea carii dentare atunci cand este consumata, lucru apreciat in mod deosebit de medicii stomatologi. Astfel, oricine isi doreste sa inlocuiasca zaharul din alimentatie ar putea avea o alternativa mai mult decat sanatoasa, ce are un gust foarte placut, poate fi preparat la temperaturi crescute, ba chiar si caramelizat. Am putea spune de asemenea ca indulcitorul este foarte bogat in fibre, ajutand in timpul procesului de digestie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tagatoza nu contine lactoza desi este produsa chiar din aceasta, astfel ca poate fi consumata chiar si de persoanele care sufera de intoleranta la lactoza. Contine inulina, oligozaharide, fibre alimentare bune pentru digestie, avand efect prebiotic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest indulcitor natural a fost considerat aliment inc\u0103 din anul 1997, prima sa atestare in acest sens fiind facuta de Marea Britanie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Indulcitori ce pot fi folositi in dieta<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai inainte de a evidentia acei indulcitori naturali, cat se poate de sanatosi, potriviti in dieta, este bine sa avem in vedere beneficiile celor ce renun\u021ba la zaharul obisnuit. Pe de o parte vor fi mai sanatosi, prevenind imbolnavirile cardiovasculare, cancerul si de asemenea vor putea preveni supraponderalitatea, diabetul sau alte afectiuni la fel de grave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stevia este un produs cu numeroase proprietati, avand un efect de indulcire destul de bun. In plus, este saraca in calorii, are un indice glicemic mic, putand fi consumata si de cei ce sufera de diabet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xylitolul este un indulcitor natural cu propriet\u0103\u021bi insemnate. Acesta are un indice glicemic mai mare, drept pentru care se recomanda consumarea cu moderatie de catre cei ce sunt bolnavi de diabet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaharul de cocos poate fi considerat o buna alternativa pentru indulcirea bauturilor si prajiturilor, fiind caracterizat de un indice glicemic mic, putine calorii, dar si de un continut crescut \u00een minerale.
