Are frunze mari, cres\u00adtate, de culoare verde \u00eenchis pe fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i cenu\u0219ii-albicioase pe spate, care se recolteaz\u0103 \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu luna iunie, atunci c\u00e2nd planta \u00eenflore\u0219te. Romanii boga\u021bi m\u00e2ncau anghinare murat\u0103 \u00een o\u021bet si miere, asezonat\u0103 cu chimion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Africa de Nord \u00eenc\u0103 se mai g\u0103sesc \u00een stare s\u0103lbatic\u0103, semin\u021bele de anghinare au fost g\u0103site \u00een timpul s\u0103paturilor din epoca roman\u0103 Mons Claudianus, din Egipt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arheologii au descoperit \u00een Asia urme ale utiliz\u0103rii plantei de anghinare, care se spune c\u0103 a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie consumat\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 din secolul IX i.e.n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ast\u0103zi, cei mai mari produc\u0103tori de <strong>anghinare <\/strong>sunt Italia, Spania \u0219i Fran\u021ba. \u00cen America, California ofer\u0103 aproape 100% din recolta de anghinare a Statelor Unite.<br>La noi se mai nume\u0219te \u0219i angin\u0103, anghin\u0103, carcioaf\u0103, am\u0103real\u0103 sau<strong> darul Sfintei Marii<\/strong> \u0219i este o plant\u0103 mare iubitoare de soare \u0219i de c\u0103ldur\u0103, cresc\u00e2nd doar \u00een zonele sudice ale \u021b\u0103rii noastre, unde a fost adus\u0103 cu secole \u00een urm\u0103, din regiunea mediteranean\u0103. Con\u021bine o varietate bogat\u0103 de <strong>antioxidan\u021bi <\/strong>(cum sunt compu\u0219ii <strong>fenolici <\/strong>\u0219i antocianii) care <strong>reduc daunele provocate de radicalii liberi<\/strong>. Cercet\u0103rile au demonstrat ca anghinarea are un <strong>con\u021binut ridicat de inulin\u0103<\/strong>, substan\u021b\u0103 care <strong>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te tranzitul intestinal<\/strong>, ajut\u0103 la <strong>stimularea sistemului imunitar<\/strong> \u0219i cre\u0219te <strong>asimilarea calciului \u0219i magneziului \u00een organism<\/strong>. O important\u0103 surs\u0103 de fibre alimentare, aproximativ 4,7g\/100g. Substan\u021bele con\u021binute de aceast\u0103 plant\u0103 <strong>diminueaz\u0103 riscul apari\u021biei cancerului de colon<\/strong> \u0219i ajut\u0103 la instalarea senza\u021biei de sa\u021bietate. De asemenea, anghinarea este bogat\u0103 \u00een <strong>vitamine<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>minerale esen\u021biale<\/strong> pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00eentregului organism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anghinarea <\/strong>este o plant\u0103 cu <strong>numeroase efecte terapeutice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con\u021bine foarte multa ap\u0103<\/strong> (aproximativ 75 \u2013 80% din compozi\u021bia sa este reprezentat\u0103 de ap\u0103).
