Dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva minute ad\u0103ug\u0103m morcovii felia\u021bi \u0219i apa fiart\u0103, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu amarantul. La fierbere punem \u0219i cimbrul \u00eempreun\u0103 cu busuiocul, apoi acoperim totul cu un capac p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd legumele \u0219i semin\u021bele de amarant sunt gata. Oprim focul \u0219i ad\u0103ug\u0103m 200g lapte de cocos. Transfer\u0103m supa \u00eentr-un blender \u0219i o blenduim p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd devin o sup\u0103 crem\u0103.
