Perioada de \u00eenflorire este \u00een timpul verii, iar culegerea plantelor se realizeaz\u0103 pentru utilizarea acestei materii prime \u00een diferite industrii: farmaceutic\u0103 sau cosmetic\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tulpina valerianei ajunge la o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime maxim\u0103 de 70-170 cm, iar florile sale pot fi ro\u0219ii, roz, ro\u0219u-liliachii, sau chiar albe, grupate \u00eentr-un tip de inflorescen\u021b\u0103 umbeliform\u0103. \u00cen scop terapeutic, doar r\u0103d\u0103cina acestei plante este utilizat\u0103 \u00een procesele de fabrica\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caracterul terapeutic al plantei de valerian\u0103 este asigurat de con\u021binutul ridicat al acidului gama-amniobutiric (GABA), ce a fost asociat \u00een diferite studii de specialitate amelior\u0103rii stresului cronic, a episoadelor de anxietate \u0219i a problemelor de somn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"02\">Valeriana este o plant\u0103 \u00een a c\u0103rei formul\u0103 chimic\u0103 se reg\u0103sesc \u0219i al\u021bi compu\u0219i recunoscu\u021bi pentru suportul oferit \u00een gestionarea acestor probleme: acidul valeric, acidul isovaleric, precum \u0219i diferi\u021bi antioxidan\u021bi, precum hesperidina (efect sedativ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. De asemenea, studiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 administrarea solu\u021biilor cu extract de valerian\u0103 pot fi benefice \u0219i \u00een cazul problemelor de concentrare sau hiperactivitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.5. Minimizarea efectelor intr\u0103rii la menopauz\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O serie de cercet\u0103ri, cu obiect de studiu impactul consumului de valerian\u0103 asupra femeilor aflate la menopauz\u0103, arata c\u0103 intensitatea \u0219i frecven\u021ba bufeurilor se poate reduce semnificativ, ca urmare a administr\u0103rii solu\u021biilor cu extract din aceast\u0103 plant\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.6. Diminuarea simptomelor sindromului picioarelor obosite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"04\">Un studiu realizat timp de 8 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, pe un e\u0219antion de responden\u021bi diagnostica\u021bi cu sindromul picioarelor nelini\u0219tite, care au consumat 800 mg valerian\u0103 pe zi, demonstrat amelior\u0103ri importante ale simptomelor acestei afec\u021biuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cum poate fi administrat\u0103 valeriana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrarea unor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/back-to-school\/suplimente-naturale\/\">suplimente naturale<\/a> pe baz\u0103 de valerian\u0103 poate s\u0103 difere de la o persoan\u0103 la alta, de diagnosticul stabilit de medicul specialist, sau de intensitatea problemei medicale respective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen cazul lipsei de somn<\/strong>, se recomand\u0103 administrarea unei cantit\u0103\u021bi cuprinse \u00eentre 400 \u0219i 900 mg de extract de valerian\u0103, cu 30 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 120 de minute \u00eenainte de culcare. S-a observat c\u0103 doze mai mari de acest interval cauzeaz\u0103 st\u0103ri de somnolen\u021b\u0103, dup\u0103 trezire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen cazul episoadelor de anxietate<\/strong>, se recomand\u0103 administrarea de trei ori pe zi a unei cantit\u0103\u021bi mai mici de produs cu extract de valerian\u0103, de 120-200 mg, dup\u0103 mesele principale. S-a observat c\u0103 doze mai mari de acest interval cauzeaz\u0103 st\u0103ri de somnolen\u021b\u0103, dup\u0103 trezire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care optezi pentru ceai cu extract de valeriana, las\u0103 produsul la infuzat \u00een ap\u0103 pentru aproximativ un sfert de or\u0103, \u00eenainte de a fi consumat. Rezultatele pot ap\u0103rea la aproximativ dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de la \u00eenceperea consumului de ceai cu valerian\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"05\">Ai la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i op\u021biunea consumului de capsule pe baz\u0103 de valerian\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de propriile preferin\u021be pentru modul de administrare al unui astfel de supliment natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Contraindica\u021bii ale consumului de valerian\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image4-2.jpg\" alt=\"Contraindica\u021bii ale consumului de valerian\u0103\" class=\"wp-image-1864\" width=\"750\" height=\"521\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image4-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image4-2-500x348.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Suplimentele naturale pe baza de valeriana nu produc dependenta si nici simptome ale unui posibil sevraj, se recomanda administrarea corecta a produselor specifice. In caz contrat, consumul excesiv de valeriana, poate duce la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>dureri de cap<\/li><li>dureri de stomac<\/li><li>gre\u021buri \u0219i v\u0103rs\u0103turi<\/li><li>st\u0103ri de ame\u021beal\u0103<\/li><li>insomnii etc<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, deoarece consumul de valerian\u0103 produce st\u0103ri de somnolen\u021b\u0103, nu este indicat ca aceste produse s\u0103 fie consumate \u00eenainte de a conduce, sau de a practica unele activit\u0103\u021bi ce implic\u0103 un nivel de concentrare foarte ridicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, suplimentele naturale cu extract de valerian\u0103 nu trebuie consumate \u00een combina\u021bie cu b\u0103uturi alcoolice, sedative sau alt tip de medicamenta\u021bie prescris\u0103 pentru episoadele de anxietate, deoarece se pot produce unele reac\u021bii adverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care te confrun\u021bi cu anumite afec\u021biuni hepatice, sau cu alte boli de s\u0103n\u0103tate grave, se recomand\u0103 discu\u021bia cu medicul specialist, pentru ca expertul s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i exprime p\u0103rerea avizat\u0103, privind administrarea produselor pe baz\u0103 de valerian\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Administrat\u0103 \u00een doza recomandat\u0103 ambalajul produsului respectiv, valeriana este o plant\u0103 peren\u0103 ce contribuie la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii somnului \u0219i ameliorarea simptomelor specifice anxiet\u0103\u021bii.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pentru a te bucura de cele mai bune rezultate, \u00ee\u021bi recomand\u0103m s\u0103 ceri sfatul medicului specialist, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 te asiguri ca nu te confrun\u021bi cu posibile reac\u021bii adverse, \u00een urma unui consum
