Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, acela\u0219i gramaj de ardei iute include \u0219i un complex bogat de vitamine: 144 mg de vitamina C, 0,506 mg de vitamina B6, 0,023 mg de vitamina B9, plus niacin\u0103, tiamin\u0103 \u0219i riboflavin\u0103, vitamine cu rol antioxidant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Propriet\u0103\u021bile nutri\u021bionale ale ardeiului iute nu se limiteaz\u0103 doar la acest con\u021binut bogat de vitamine \u0219i minerale, c\u0103ci acest aliment con\u021bine \u0219i capsaicin\u0103, principalul component activ din ardeiul iute, responsabil pentru majoritatea propriet\u0103\u021bilor oferite de acesta.
