Unele alimente au nevoie de un pH acid pentru a fi descompuse, pe c\u00e2nd altele cresc pH-ul din stomac (pH alcalin), ceea ce duce la o absorb\u021bie deficitar\u0103 a celorlalte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, pentru unele alimente este necesar\u0103 o mai lung\u0103 durat\u0103 a digestiei, cum ar fi carnea \u0219i gr\u0103simile, pe c\u00e2nd alte alimente sunt procesate mult mai repede de c\u0103tre organism (fructe, glucide).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"12\">Astfel, dac\u0103 fructele sunt consumate dup\u0103 o mas\u0103 copioas\u0103, ele vor fermenta \u00eenainte s\u0103 ajung\u0103 \u00een intestine \u0219i vor forma gaze, care vor duce la balonare \u0219i alte nepl\u0103ceri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legume + carne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"13\"><br>Aceasta este o combina\u021bie indicat\u0103, deoarece furnizeaz\u0103 proteine, dar \u0219i vitamine \u0219i minerale.
