Ca regul\u0103 general\u0103, o persoan\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 niciodat\u0103 doza indicat\u0103 pe eticheta produsului \u0219i nu trebuie s\u0103 consume mai mult de 5.000 miligrame pe zi.
