Cu atat mai mult, este necesar sa avem grija la hrana pe care le-o oferim celor mici.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dintii lor au nevoie de anumite substante pentru a ramane sanatosi si, din acest motiv, din alimentatia lor de zi cu zi nu trebuie sa lipseasca urmatoarele produse: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fructele si legumele: Ofera-i celui mic fructe si legume in loc de clasicele gustari nesanatoase, pline de carbohidrati. Fructele si legumele care contin o cantitate mare de apa, cum ar fi perele, pepenii, telina si castravetii sunt cele mai bune pentru dantura celui mic. Limiteaza consumul de stafide si banane deoarece acestea contin zahar in concentratii mai ridicate, sau, in cazul in care cel mic isi doreste totusi sa le manance, ai grija sa nu omita periajul imediat dupa ce le-a consumat, spre a preveni formarea cariilor.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lactatele: pregateste-i sendwich-uri cu branza sau cascaval, folosind in special sortimente cheddar si alte branzeturi elvetiene, care ajuta la declansarea fluxului de saliva. Daca nu stiai, saliva ajuta la spalarea particulelor de hrana de pe dinti, motiv pentru care i-a fost atribuita denumirea de \u201cdezinfectant natural al danturii\u201d.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evita alimentele lipicioase: stafidele, smochinele uscate, fulgii de ovaz, untul de arahide, jeleurile, caramelele si orice alte categorii de produse alimentare care se lipesc de dintii, fac mai dificila indepartarea zaharurilor din cavitatea bucala. Daca cel mic consuma produse din aceasta lista, de asemenea, verifica sa nu treaca peste spalarea dintilor imediat dupa.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofera-i copilului apa sau ceai in loc de suc: Sucurile sau sifonul si alte bauturi acidulate contin zahar si coloranti. Astfel, dintii sunt mai predispusi la aparitia petelor si la formarea cariilor. Apa este benefica pentru pastrarea sanatatii orale atat la copii cat si la adulti, pentru ca functioneaza precum saliva, ajutand la curatarea naturala a danturii.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obisnuieste-ti copilul sa manance cat mai putine gustari: Timpul dintre doua mese permite salivei sa indeparteze bacteriile cauzate de resturile de mancare din interiorul cavitatii bucale. Gustarile frecvente, fara a fi urmate de un periaj corespunzator, asigura un consum constant de resturi de alimente care hranesc bacteriile, ceea ce duce la dezvoltarea placii bacteriene si a cariilor dentare. Incearca sa ii limitezi celui mic gustarile si nu omite perierea in cazul in care nu poate renunta complet la ele.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cazul in care copilului tau ii place guma de mestecat, alege pentru el guma indulcita cu xylitos, sau sugarless. Xylitolul reduce cantitatea de bacterii din gura, iar masticatia ajuta la cresterea fluxului de saliva. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, produsele alimentare naturale pentru copii sunt recomandate spre a fi incluse in alimentatia zilnica a celui mic.
