De cele mai multe ori, sanatatea este strict legata de modul in care ne alimentam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desi produsele din supermarket nu ajuta prea mult la sustinerea unei vieti sanatoase, exista o multime de plante care o fac. Natura este atat de bogata, incat putem descoperi plante care sa ajute oricare dintre procesele vietii. Printre acestea se evidentiaza si plante minune, care pot avea un impact pozitiv asupra unui numar mare de functii vitale. Una dintre aceste plante minune este ARONIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ce-este-aronia\">Ce este aronia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aronia este Aronia sau arbustul aronic, cunoscut \u00een denumirea popular\u0103 ca scoru\u0219 negru, iar \u0219tiin\u021bific drept Aronia melanocarpa, este o plant\u0103 intrat\u0103 destul de recent in societatea noastra. A devenit cunoscut in Europa abia in anii &#8217;50, atunci cand&nbsp; a fost adus pe batranul continent de catre cosmonautii rusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originar din regiunile reci ale Americii de Nord, acest arbust creste la inaltimi de maxim 2 metri si face fructe mici, in nuante de rosu, albastru sau negru. Atunci cand sunt deshidratate se pastreaza pentru mai multa vreme si pot fi folosite zilnic in alimentatie. Totusi, exista anumite recomandari si precautii de care oricine trebuie sa \u021bin\u0103 cont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca alegi sa consumi aronia sub forma de suc, spre exemplu, este bine sa o faci cu 30 de minute inainte de masa. Cantitatea optima este de cate 50 de mililitri inainte de fiecare masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca alegi sa consumi fructele uscate sau proaspete, este bine sa nu depasesti 30 de grame pe zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cazul in care consumi cantitati mai mari este posibil sa apara diverse reactii adverse, cum ar fi durerile de stomac, varsaturile, greata sau diareea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fructele de aronia nu sunt indicate persoanelor care sufera de ulcer gastric si duodenal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, este bine sa fie evitate de femeile insarcinate.
