Cerealele reprezinta, de fapt, partea comestibila a plantelor din categoria granelor, adica semintele sau fructele. Ele devin, prin beneficiile pe care le aduc in urma consumului regulat, adevarate surse de sanatate pentru organism.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><!-- x-tinymce\/html --><\/p>\n<p>Cerealele integrale sunt acelea carora nu le-au fost indepartate nici germenii si nici invelisul exterior. Aceasta carateristica le deosebeste de cele rafinate, care au trecut printr-un proces de prelucrare, spre a capata o textura mai fina dar si un termen mai indelungat de valabilitate. Cerelele nerafinate, asa cum mai sunt denumite, au un continut foarte bogat in anumite substante care hranesc corpul si care se regasesc in cantitati mai reduse in compozitia celor prelucrate. Iata ce contin aceste cereale integrale:<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>1. Fibre<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Consumand o cantitate suficienta de fibre &#8211; respectiv 25 de grame pentru femei si 38 de grame pentru barbati pe zi &#8211; previi constipatia si ameliorezi simtitor sanatatea tractului digestiv. Fibrele solubile de asemenea scad nivelul de colesterol si echilibreaza zaharul din sange. O dieta bogata in fibre poate totodata sa impiedice instalarea anumitor tipuri de cancer. Recomandarile specilistilor spun ca este indicat sa consumi mai mult cereale integrale; de exemplu, boabele de orez negru contin de trei ori mai multe fibre decat orezul alb.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>2. Fitochimicale<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fitochimicalele exista in toate legumele si fructele, dar cele continute de cereale sunt diferite de acestea, conform Institutului American de Cercetare a Cancerului. De exemplu, cerealele contin fenoli, care au rol antioxidant si previn cancerul. De asemenea, hranindu-ne cu o varietate de cereale, deoarece fiecare aduce prin compozitia sa, beneficii pentru organism. Din cerealele integrale se obtin cu 75% mai multe fitochimicale decat din cele prelucrate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a03. <\/strong><strong>Nutrienti <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Atat cerelale integrale cat si cele rafinate sunt doua surse de nutrienti. Din cereale putem lua carbohidrati complecsi, magneziu, seleniu si vitaamina B. Magneziul ajuta la mentinerea santatii oaselor, seleniul se comporta ca un antioxidant si vitamina B este esentiala pentru organism deoarece se ingrijeste de sanatatea sistemului nervos si a unui metabolism bun.<\/p>\n<h2>Care este necesarul zilnic de cereale?<\/h2>\n<p>Continutul nutritiv pe care il au cerealele le fac sa fie niste alimente indispensabile din alimentatia noastra zilnica. Fie ca preferi graul, ovazul, orezul sau porumbul, mei sau quinoua, consumul constant de boabe de cereale poate reduce semnificativ riscul de aparitie a bolilor de inima. Cerealele integrale, sunt de asemenea, surse importante de nutrienti, fibre si fitochimicale antioxidante.<\/p>\n<p>Este foarte simplu sa introduci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/categorie\/cereale-fainuri-orez-amp-leguminoase\/\">cerealele<\/a> in dieta ta zilnica, adaugandu-le intr-un bol cu lapte, sau in aluatul pentru clatite.
